Refund Policy

1. General Policy

As donations are voluntary and dedicated to seva activities, contributed amounts are generally non-refundable. However, in case of a technical error (such as a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount being charged), we are glad to assist.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe a technical error occurred, please contact us with the transaction date, amount and receipt number via our Contact page, within 7 days of the payment date.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
